Your Rights and Ours, Plainly Stated
At kc222, our legal framework covers how accounts are opened, how funds move through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, and Raast, and what rules govern access in supported regions of...
What Our Policy Covers and Why It Matters
Access to kc222 is available where local law permits. Our terms set out the conditions under which Pakistani accounts are created, verified, and maintained. When you deposit through JazzCash or Easypaisa, those transactions are subject to the payment provider's own terms as well as ours. SadaPay and Raast withdrawals follow the same dual-framework approach. We hold account data under strict access controls
and share nothing with third parties outside our operational partners. If a policy conflict arises between our terms and a payment provider's terms, our terms govern the account relationship; the payment provider's terms govern the transaction rail. We update this policy when regulations change, and we notify affected accounts by the contact address on file.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

How Our Legal Terms Align Across the Platform
Our legal framework is consistent whether you are looking at account conditions, payment terms, or withdrawal policy. The sections below show how each policy area connects to the...
| Account Terms vs Payment Policy | Account conditions set the eligibility rules; payment policy sets the mechanics. Both documents use the same definitions for account holder, verified status, and supported region. |
|---|---|
| Privacy Policy vs Data Retention | Our privacy policy and our data retention schedule are cross-referenced. The retention periods in the schedule are the operative ones; the privacy policy explains the legal basis for each category. |
| Withdrawal Conditions vs Dispute Process | Withdrawal conditions define what triggers a hold; the dispute process defines how you challenge one. The two documents share the same timeline definitions so there is no ambiguity about response windows. |
| Jurisdiction Scope vs Access Conditions | Jurisdiction scope tells you which regions are supported; access conditions tell you what additional verification applies in each region. Pakistan-specific requirements are listed explicitly in both. |
| Payment Provider Terms vs Our Terms | Where JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or Raast terms differ from ours, the hierarchy is stated in the details section above. You do not need to read both documents to know which governs your situation. |
| Policy Updates vs Account Notifications | Our update cycle and notification obligations are defined together. You will not receive a notification about an update that does not affect your account, and you will always receive one that does. |
| Cookie Policy vs Privacy Policy | Cookie terms are a sub-section of our broader privacy framework. Both documents are updated together, and the cookie preference panel on the site reflects the current version of both. |
How This Policy Page Is Built for You
We structured this legal section so the information you need most is closest to the top. Account conditions and jurisdiction scope appear before payment mechanics, and...
Plain-Language Summaries
Each policy section opens with a one-sentence summary of what it covers. You can scan the summaries to find the relevant clause without reading every paragraph in sequence.
Jurisdiction Flags
Paragraphs that apply only to specific regions carry a clear flag. Pakistan-specific conditions are marked so you are never uncertain whether a clause applies to your account.
Cross-Reference Links
Where one policy section references another, we include a direct link. You do not need to navigate back to the index to follow a cross-reference; the linked section opens inline.
Change Log at the Foot
Every version of this page ends with a dated change log. The most recent entry appears first, and each entry describes what was changed and why in one or two sentences.
Print and Save Option
The policy page renders cleanly for print or PDF save. If you want a copy of the terms as they stood when you opened your account, use the version-stamped PDF linked in the change log.
Accessible Format
This page is written at a reading level accessible to most adult readers in Pakistan. Headings follow a logical order, contrast ratios meet accessibility standards, and the layout works on both mobile and desktop.
